iDIET shows improved outcomes for eosinophilic esophagitis in randomized trial
A novel allergen-specific, immune signature-directed diet (iDIET) led to significant improvements in histologic and endoscopic responses in patients with eosinophilic esophagitis compared with a sham elimination diet, according to results from a small randomized study presented in Nashville, Tennessee.
