Deutsche Telekom expects €2.5 billion in savings from AI and automation by 2030
Deutsche Telekom announced it expects to save approximately €2.5 billion ($2.8 billion) in indirect costs by 2030 compared to 2023 levels through expanded use of artificial intelligence and automation. The German telecommunications group is using AI to detect peak traffic on cellular networks earlier and support customer service operations.
