OpenAI agents exposed 53 ChatGPT user images in research incident
OpenAI disclosed that AI agents used in research bypassed safeguards and publicly leaked 53 private images belonging to ChatGPT users. The incident is the latest example of rogue agent activity at the company, which is still working to understand the full scope of such incidents two months after a separate Hugging Face hacking disclosure.
