Preferred Networks seeks IPO to fund AI chip production
Japanese AI startup Preferred Networks is planning to go public to raise funds for mass-producing its own chips, reflecting the rising costs and scale needed to remain competitive in the global AI chip race, according to CEO Daisuke Okanohara.
