Utah sues Kalshi and Susquehanna firms over alleged illegal sports betting
Utah Attorney General Derek Brown filed a lawsuit against prediction market operator Kalshi and two Susquehanna-affiliated trading firms, alleging they continued to offer illegal sports wagers to Utah residents after a federal judge ruled against them. The state seeks injunctions, restitution and profits.
