Paraguay prosecutors charge impeached ex-president Peña, seek pretrial detention
Paraguayan prosecutors charged former President Santiago Peña with breach of trust and administration for personal gain, a day after his impeachment over the collapse of Ueno Bank. They asked a court to jail him pending trial.
