Justice Department won't enforce parts of 1934 firearms law after court ruling
The Justice Department announced it will no longer enforce provisions of the National Firearms Act requiring registration of suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and certain other guns, following a federal judge's ruling that parts of the law are unconstitutional.
