Asian Americans shift toward Democrats as trust in Trump and Republicans declines, AP-NORC poll finds
A new AP-NORC/AAPI Data poll conducted Sept. 8-15 shows Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander adults have grown increasingly disillusioned with President Donald Trump and the Republican Party ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections. Trump's standing on the economy has notably fallen among AAPI adults during his second term.
