ElizaOS founder declares token dead and shuts down foundation after lawsuit settlement

Shaw Walters, founder of Eliza Labs, announced that the ELIZAOS token is 'dead' and the Eliza Foundation is winding down after using remaining treasury funds to settle a class-action lawsuit. The token, formerly known as AI16Z, fell 19% to an all-time low following the announcement.
