Woman arrested for vandalizing World War II Memorial in Washington with graffiti and soap
A woman was arrested Friday in connection with vandalizing the National World War II Memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The memorial was defaced with pink spray paint reading "Clean hands dirty $" and fountains were filled with soap bubbles on Thursday, just three months after renovation.
