India's Jaishankar slams Pakistan as 'serial practitioner of terrorism' at UN
External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar strongly criticized Pakistan at the UN General Assembly after PM Shehbaz Sharif raised Kashmir, saying arguments by the 'serial practitioner of terrorism' will not stand and warning of consequences.
