Norway seizes Russian ship to enforce $4.2 billion Ukrainian compensation claim
Norwegian authorities seized the Russian vessel Professor Molchanov in the Arctic to enforce a $4.22 billion arbitration award won by Ukraine's Naftogaz over assets seized when Russia annexed Crimea in 2014. Russia called the action 'piracy.'
