Compass Pathways CEO says company will 'go slow before we go fast' ahead of FDA submission
Compass Pathways CEO Kabir Nath stated the psychedelics company will take a measured approach as it prepares to complete submission of its psychedelic therapy for FDA regulatory review this quarter. The announcement comes as the company joins mental health organizations to mark the first U.S. Treatment-Resistant Depression Awareness Day.
