Russia trafficking foreigners to fight in Ukraine, Amnesty International reports
Amnesty International has accused Russia of illegally trafficking foreign nationals to fight in Ukraine by deceiving them with fake job offers, then forcing them into military service upon arrival. The report, based on interviews with prisoners of war, describes victims as typically under 40 from poorer countries lured by promises of employment.
