Study Links Three Midlife Health Factors to 13 Additional Dementia-Free Years
New research published in Neurology Open Access finds that maintaining normal blood pressure, avoiding type 2 diabetes, and not smoking between ages 45-68 is associated with nearly 13 more years of dementia-free life after age 55 compared to those with all three risk factors.
