Two dead in Istanbul after heaviest rainfall in 84 years causes severe flooding
At least two people died and nearly 600 were rescued after torrential rain caused severe flooding across Istanbul, with officials reporting the heaviest rainfall in 84 years. A 14-year-old boy was electrocuted in a puddle and a 34-year-old man died after slipping and hitting his head.
