Armed Cell Therapeutics acquires Galapagos CAR-T therapies from Lakefront Biotherapeutics
Armed Cell Therapeutics, a Belgian startup chaired by former Galapagos CEO Paul Stoffels, has acquired the CAR-T cell therapy assets that Lakefront Biotherapeutics (formerly Galapagos) divested during its strategic overhaul. The deal allows Stoffels to continue developing the cancer cell therapies he had championed during his tenure at Galapagos.
