Sanofi avoids EU fine after settling antitrust probe over disparaging rival vaccine
The European Commission accepted Sanofi's commitments to end an antitrust investigation into allegations the company disparaged CSL Seqirus' competing flu vaccine. The commitments will become legally binding for Sanofi, allowing it to avoid a fine.
