AI medical scribes making dangerous errors in NHS patient records, watchdog warns
NHS watchdog has warned that AI technology used to transcribe doctor-patient consultations is putting patients at risk by incorrectly recording drug names and diagnoses. In one case, a patient was wrongly told they had demyelination after an AI scribe misread a 'null demyelination' test result.
