Animoca-backed Pencil Finance completed a $1 million student loan financing cycle entirely on-chain, providing financing to approximately 6,600 underserved students in Southeast Asia. The milestone marks the first time student loan capital has moved from funders to borrowers and back entirely on blockchain.
