Anthropic unifies Claude's memory system across chat and Cowork sessions

Anthropic announced that Claude's memory feature now works across both chat conversations and Cowork agent sessions, eliminating the need to repeatedly brief the AI on previously shared information. Users can inspect, edit, or delete individual memories and control what sensitive data Claude retains.
