Australian drugmaker CSL has entered an agreement with Swiss biotech Alentis Therapeutics to co-develop and co-promote lixudebart, a treatment for rare kidney and liver diseases. The deal includes $355 million upfront and up to $1.2 billion in milestone payments, excluding development funding.
