Philips reaches preliminary DOJ settlement over sleep and respiratory device recall
Dutch medical device manufacturer Philips has reached a preliminary agreement with the US Department of Justice to resolve investigations linked to its 2021 global recall of sleep and respiratory-care devices. The company booked a €288 million provision in Q3 related to the settlement.
