Ohio appeals court rules EdChoice voucher program unconstitutional
A three-judge panel of Ohio's 10th District appellate court affirmed a lower court ruling that the state's EdChoice school voucher program violates the Ohio constitution. The court left the program in place for now while finding it unconstitutionally provides choice to private schools rather than families.
