Alipay denies supporting crypto trading after Peer platform lists it as payment method
Chinese payments giant Alipay has publicly denied supporting cryptocurrency trading through third-party platforms after peer-to-peer marketplace Peer announced a beta service allowing users to buy and sell USDC using Alipay. Peer's website continues to display Alipay as a payment option despite the company stating there is no official partnership.
