Roche partners with Defand Therapeutics in $1 billion degrader deal, fourth China partnership since August
Roche has signed a deal worth up to $1 billion with Hangzhou-based Defand Therapeutics to develop molecular glue degraders for oncology and immunology, with less than $10 million upfront. This marks Roche's fourth partnership with a Chinese biotech company in seven weeks.
