Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust prosecuted over sepsis deaths of two children
The NHS trust that runs Broomfield Hospital in Essex is being prosecuted over the deaths of two children who had sepsis. Two charges relate to three-year-old Zadie Ajetunmobi, who died within hours of being taken to the hospital.
