China blocks SoftBank's $5.4 billion acquisition of ABB's robotics division
Chinese regulators have blocked SoftBank Group's deal to acquire ABB's robots unit, according to reports from the Financial Times and other outlets. ABB confirmed it has been informed by SoftBank that Chinese authorities rejected the transaction.
