New York and 20 states sue EPA to block Trump power plant carbon rule repeal
New York Attorney General Letitia James led a coalition of 25 states and cities in filing a lawsuit against the Trump administration's EPA on Thursday to block its repeal of greenhouse gas emission limits for coal and natural gas power plants. The lawsuit challenges the EPA's abandonment of one of the nation's biggest climate efforts.
