Zcash Community Grants withdraws proposal to redirect 98,000 ZEC to miners

Zcash Community Grants committee withdrew its proposal to taper its income and move approximately 36,200 ZEC from treasury into a reserve for future miners. The committee said Zcash's usual governance process should determine future funding changes.
