Asieris Pharmaceuticals licenses CEVIRA cervical treatment to Theramex for Europe and other markets

Asieris Pharmaceuticals has entered an exclusive licensing agreement with Theramex for CEVIRA (APL-1702), a first-in-class non-surgical treatment for cervical precancerous lesions, granting Theramex rights in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Turkey. The deal includes $15 million upfront, $11 million in near-term regulatory milestones, plus commercial milestones and tiered royalties.
