US judge dismisses DOJ lawsuit against pro-Palestinian protesters under abortion clinic access law
A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by the Trump administration in September 2025 against pro-Palestinian organizations and protesters that was brought under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, a law traditionally used against abortion clinic blockers. The judge allowed the government 30 days to file an amended complaint.
