At least five people have died after Hurricane Simon and Tropical Storm Rachel battered Mexico's Pacific coast, causing flooding, downed trees and electricity poles, blocked roads, and widespread damage. Hurricane Simon continues to pound the coast with heavy rain and strong winds while remaining offshore.
