Russian oil refinery in Orsk completely shut down for months after Ukrainian drone strike
A Russian oil refinery in Orsk, located more than 1,300 kilometers from Ukraine, has been completely shut down following a Ukrainian drone strike, with repairs expected to take up to six months according to the local governor.
