Pope Leo XIV to undergo surgery for lung nodule
Pope Leo XIV announced he will undergo surgery this week to remove a small nodular lesion on his lung that was detected during recent medical checks. The 71-year-old pontiff said the growth was found at a very early stage and is highly localized.
