US oil company to take over Venezuelan oilfields previously run by Chinese and Russian firms
North American Blue Energy Partners will assume control of more than 17 Venezuelan oilfields under a deal announced by President Trump, securing 100-year rights to operations previously managed by Chinese and Russian companies. The agreement gives the US access to a significant portion of Venezuela's proven oil reserves.
