Russia threatens nuclear strikes on NATO over Kaliningrad access
Russia warned NATO it would be ready to resort to nuclear weapons if the Western alliance attempted to cut off Kaliningrad, a Russian exclave bordering the Baltic Sea. NATO condemned the nuclear threats in response.
