Flash floods in Nepal and Tibet kill at least 22, hundreds missing
Massive flash floods triggered by an avalanche of ice and rock swept through parts of Nepal and Tibet, killing at least 22 people and leaving 384 tourists and locals missing, including Americans, Indians, and other foreign nationals.
