U.S. Senators John Cornyn (R-TX) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) introduced the STRONGER Act, bipartisan legislation that would update and reauthorize the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners program to reduce recidivism and address addiction in prisons.
