Lampard Inquiry chair considers interim findings on Essex mental health deaths
Baroness Kate Lampard, chair of a public inquiry into mental health deaths in Essex, said she would issue interim recommendations if urgent patient safety risks are identified. The inquiry is also evaluating whether to recommend ending a controversial patient-monitoring camera technology linked to the deaths.
