Trump administration illegally withheld health research funds, GAO finds
The Government Accountability Office determined the Trump administration violated federal spending law by withholding tens of millions of dollars in congressionally appropriated grant funds for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality at the Department of Health and Human Services.
