India proposes three-part Russia-Ukraine truce to keep grain and energy flowing
India has proposed a Russia-Ukraine truce that would halt attacks on energy facilities and infrastructure, keep grain and energy flowing through Black Sea ports, and end strikes on civilian areas. The proposal comes as Ukraine claims to have destroyed over half of Russia's oil refining capacity.
