Ethereum staking reward burn proposal EIP-8363 withdrawn from Hegota upgrade

Co-authors of EIP-8363, which proposed burning a rising share of Ethereum validator rewards as more ETH is staked, have withdrawn the proposal from the upcoming Hegota upgrade. Co-author Jérôme de Tychey said industry feedback convinced him the issuance change needs its own dedicated process, with forums and workshops planned through EthCC in April.
