Sobi and Innate Pharma Form $580M Partnership to Advance Lacutamab to Phase 3 for Rare Skin Cancer
Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (Sobi) and Innate Pharma announced a strategic partnership worth up to $580 million, with $75 million upfront, to advance lacutamab into the TELLOMAK-3 Phase 3 confirmatory trial for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, specifically Sézary syndrome. Innate Pharma also appointed Markus Jensen as Chief Medical Officer.
