OCC finds debanking policies at nine major US banks, including restrictions on crypto firms
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency released a report finding that nine large US banks, including JPMorgan and Bank of America, denied or restricted services to customers based on political, religious, or business grounds, with digital asset firms among those affected. The regulator stopped short of imposing penalties but is considering further rules.
