Grayscale Ethereum Staking Mini ETF to Distribute Cash Rewards from Staking Nearly All Holdings

Grayscale filed an SEC prospectus supplement updating its $1.6 billion Ethereum Staking Mini ETF to stake nearly all of its 839,556 ETH holdings and distribute staking rewards as quarterly cash payments to investors, effective August 6, 2026.
