Manchester to host G20 summit in 2027 as UK takes presidency
Prime Minister Andy Burnham announced that Manchester will host the 2027 G20 leaders' summit, bringing world leaders including Donald Trump to the northern English city. The UK will use its G20 presidency to pursue a global AI agreement and may also move the Global Investment Summit from London to Manchester.
