Wasabi Protocol Loses Over $5 Million in Multi-Chain Exploit via Compromised Admin Key
DeFi perpetual futures protocol Wasabi Protocol was drained of over $5 million across Ethereum, Base, Berachain, and Blast after attackers compromised an admin key to upgrade contracts and extract funds. Security firms PeckShield, Blockaid, and CertiK confirmed the exploit.
