Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt joined Elon Musk and other MAGA figures in promoting conspiracy theories ahead of the midterms, including claims that Democrats plan to expand the Supreme Court and grant statehood to DC and Puerto Rico if they win control of government in 2028.
