Multiple federal judges ruled this week that the Trump administration can terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for thousands of migrants from South Sudan, Myanmar, and Haiti, following a Supreme Court decision in June that limited judicial review of such determinations.
The United States has implemented temporary travel restrictions requiring passengers who have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or South Sudan within 21 days to wait before boarding commercial flights to the US, as authorities respond to an ongoing Ebola outbreak.
